Such strategic efforts were made during the development of the education sector with the emergence of the General Directorate of Pre-School Education, Non-formal and Non-formal Education (General Directorate of PAUD-NI), which has now been transformed into the General Directorate of PAUD and Dikmas. In addition, in the same period, 114 educational institutions (LPTEs) launched bachelor’s programs in early childhood education as a subsector of higher education to help train professional teachers in various types of preschools. .
